Since 2016, my mother has been doing yoga for many years and has taken me to some classes. During a holiday in Greece I really discovered yoga for myself.
I like it dynamic and challenging. Mostly I practice Jivamukti Yoga, but I have also tried other forms. I also liked Air Yoga very much, but unfortunately there are only very few providers in Munich.
I am fascinated by the concentration on my own body and the mixture of sportive challenge and mental relaxation. I do yoga at home but also in classes. At home, relaxation is usually a bit neglected.
Through yoga I have gained a stronger body awareness. My posture has become more upright and it helps me against my back pain.
I like to practice, but teaching myself is currently not an option for me.
Mindfulness, mindfulness and body positivity are on everyone's lips. Yoga supports these approaches by striving for a balance of body and soul. In addition, more and more people are paying attention to the environment and animal welfare, which fits the central approach of the yoga teaching: the goal of living in harmony with the environment and all other living beings.
To be honest, I had no plan at all then and even now it is not something I plan strategically. I have a passion for fashion and yoga that I love to share. First and foremost, the exchange and contact with my community is important to me and I like to let them participate in my everyday life.
I don't know exactly where I'll be going after my studies, but I can't imagine a 9 to 5 office job. It's important for me to continue to work on my Instagram account, my blog and my own projects and to be able to manage my time flexibly.
When you focus on the good, the good get even better.
To have the freedom to realize myself.
