I began practicing yoga 15 years ago, after my first birth, as a way to move and relax. Currently, I craved gentle movement and contentment.
I meditate daily and generally like to move a lot. Personally, I find the Down Dog, a free yoga app, a super tool to see what progress you're making. It allows you to create a completely new yoga session every time.
For me yoga is like a red thread, which always accompanies me along with all my other hobbies.

Absolutely! I love my life as it is and wish for nothing else.
The first book I published in 2017 with GU Verlag is called Kick Ass Yoga and is available in German. The second book I wrote, I published in 2018 in German and English. In the second publication "Kick Ass Asanas", it is about 108 asana exercises for beginners and advanced.
When they were very small, my children simply copied the exercises. Today, my 15-year-old daughter asks me from her if I can practice yoga with her. It makes me incredibly happy that the request comes from her without it being forced by me!
The yoga fascination comes around every now and then. However, I am happy about the current hype, because even Britney Spears is currently posting exercise videos.
It was a long process that has now been going on for 20 years. Personally, I just enjoy collecting art on my body instead of on the walls.
