To lead a happy and fulfilling life, you need love. But the more you practice self-love, the more valuable your own life becomes. Self-love It gives us self-confidence, trust in our personal abilities, inner peace, and strength . When we love ourselves, we are automatically more generous, tolerant, attractive, emotionally stable, balanced, and successful in all areas of life. 🤍
Small rituals play a big role in everyday life. Probably the simplest, yet most difficult, exercise of the day is taking time to eat mindfully. This benefits you not only physically but also mentally, and truly replenishes your energy reserves. When you learn to accept and love yourself more, you will begin to view your personal health from a different perspective. You will want to give your body the best so that it continues to function perfectly.

Together we move from knowledge to action and practice more self-love in everyday life through new eating habits, in order to bring all the positive effects into our lives.
Are you ready for positive change? @sarahgluschke has put together three incredibly delicious vegan recipes to help you start your day perfectly. Let these three recipes inspire you, try them out, and motivate yourself to develop a relaxed and successful morning routine.
Berry and chia glass

🛒 What you need:
- 100g frozen banana
- 70g frozen berries (I used raspberries)
- 35ml plant-based milk (I used rice milk)
- 30g plant-based yogurt (I used blueberry yogurt)
- 1 scoop of vegan vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds + more milk
- Fresh berries for garnish
🍴How do you do it?
- Freeze the banana overnight
- Soak the chia seeds for at least 1 hour (preferably overnight).
- The next morning, put the frozen banana, frozen berries, plant-based milk, plant-based yogurt, and vegan protein powder into a food processor and blend. (The better the food processor, the less liquid is needed. If you don't have a food processor, you can also use an immersion blender. Add more liquid if necessary.)
- Spoon half of the cream into a glass and cover with the chia pudding. Add the remaining cream and garnish with some fresh berries.
- Enjoy it!

- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- a pinch of salt

- Meanwhile, mix all the dry ingredients.
- Heat a high-quality frying pan (this way you don't need oil and the dough won't stick to the pan)
- Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients, stir, and add 1 large spoonful to the pan.
- Reduce the flame to medium-low and turn over after 3 minutes.
- Repeat the process until all pancakes are golden brown.
