Where can I see my order status?
You will receive an order confirmation via email, which will contain a link to your order. You can also log in to your account and click on the order.
Can I cancel my order?
If you made a mistake with your order, please contact us using the contact form and provide your order number. If the package is already on its way, we can no longer cancel the order.

How much does delivery cost?
Switzerland:
Shipping costs for orders up to CHF 110.- are CHF 6.90.
Shipping is free for orders over CHF 110.-.
Germany & Austria:
Shipping costs for orders up to €110 are €3.90.
Shipping is free for orders over €110.
Rest of the EU zone:
Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Italy, Poland, Slovakia: Shipping costs are €6.90. Rest of EU countries: Shipping costs are €9.90.
What payment methods are available?
We offer the following payment methods: credit card, PayPal, purchase on account (Powerpay), Apple Pay and Google Pay.
How long does delivery take?
Switzerland:
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 10:00 AM will arrive within three business days. Orders placed after 10:00 AM will take four business days. If holidays fall within this period, the delivery time will be extended by the number of holidays.
Germany & Austria:
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2 PM will arrive within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM will take 2-3 business days. If holidays fall within this period, the delivery time will be extended by the number of holidays.
Rest of the EU countries:
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2 PM will arrive within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM will take 3-4 business days. If holidays fall within this period, the delivery time will be extended by the number of holidays.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver within Switzerland, Germany and Austria as well as the rest of the EU countries.
Returns & Exchanges
What are the return policies?
Ordered goods can be returned in their original packaging within 14 days of the delivery date if you are not satisfied with them or if they have quality defects. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
How does the return process work?
Returns must be registered via our Returns Center: https://luviyo.myreturnscenter.com If a return is made without prior registration, we cannot refund the full purchase price.
We only accept unused products in their original packaging with all accessories.
The original packaging must not be damaged.
Please make sure to include a copy of the delivery note or invoice so that we can easily match your return to the order you placed.
