Terms and conditions for wholesale
PRICES
All prices are wholesale prices and are valid for domestic trade only.
MINIMUM PRICE REQUEST
Resellers – whether brick-and-mortar stores or online retailers – are required to maintain the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) in all advertising, print, web, and media materials. The MSRP for the yoga mats can be viewed on the website luviyo.com.
ONLINE SALE
LUVIYO does not permit retailers to sell online unless they have explicit written authorization. This also applies to the retailer's own website, Amazon.com, or any other online marketplace.
NEW ACCOUNTS
The initial minimum order value is 12 yoga mats. The products must be ordered in packages of six (6). A fully completed dealer application must be submitted via the following link:
New accounts are opened at LUVIYO's sole discretion, based on market conditions and other factors LUVIYO deems relevant. Each individual reseller must be approved by LUVIYO. Please allow 1-2 weeks for a response; response times may vary seasonally.
PAYMENT METHOD
The goods and any applicable shipping costs will be invoiced during order processing. We require prepayment by credit card for all orders.
PAYMENT TERMS
Orders must be paid in advance with a 10-day payment term. We reserve the right to suspend or change the credit terms at any time if payments are overdue. If an invoice is not paid when due, all subsequent invoices become immediately due and payable, regardless of the original payment terms. Furthermore, LUVIYO is entitled to withhold all subsequent deliveries until all outstanding invoices have been paid in full. For credit card payments, the card is charged when the order is sent to the warehouse for processing. Customers receive a receipt via email once payment is received. Receipt of the receipt also indicates that the warehouse is processing and packing the order for shipment. Processing time may vary depending on the order.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
For orders in stock, the processing time is 3-5 business days. Changes to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Any changes requested after 24 hours are at LUVIYO's sole discretion.

We are responsible for the cancellation if the item is no longer needed. In addition to a cancellation fee, rejected goods will incur further charges.
A 10% restocking fee plus freight and/or storage costs will be charged.
SHIPMENT
Swiss orders are shipped via Swiss Post. Shipping costs apply and will be invoiced upon processing. Please specify any special shipping requests or similar requirements when placing your order. The buyer is responsible for pursuing any claims for damages against the shipping company if the goods are damaged in transit.
RETURNS
All claims for exchange or return must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods, with photographic evidence. Goods purchased for later use must be inspected upon receipt. Failure to comply with the claim period constitutes acceptance of the goods. No returns will be accepted without authorization from a LUVIYO representative. Retailers must complete the LUVIYO Damage Form and send photos to wholesale@LUVIYO.com to submit a claim. Retailers are responsible for reporting and submitting claims on behalf of their customers.
COMPETITION
The retailer agrees that it will not manufacture, purchase, distribute, promote, offer for sale, display or actively sell mats for practicing yoga that are similar to, imitate, or otherwise resemble LUVIYO yoga mats while the reseller maintains an active account with LUVIYO or otherwise promotes, distributes or sells LUVIYO mats.
All orders must be placed exclusively through LUVIYO. LUVIYO mats may only be sold at locations authorized in writing by LUVIYO. LUVIYO mats may only be sold to end consumers, not to third-party distributors, unauthorized retailers, or unauthorized locations. LUVIYO reserves the right to choose who it distributes its mats to for use in yoga practice. Furthermore, both LUVIYO and the retailer have the right to terminate the business relationship at any time and without giving reasons.
