Danielle, how long have you been doing yoga and what motivated you to start?

I've been practicing yoga on and off since 2016. In 2018, I completed my first yoga teacher training, and since then, it's become a regular practice. What fascinates me most about yoga is the philosophy and spirituality behind it, so it was clear to me that I wanted to do my training at a traditional school in India.

What fascinates you most about yoga and how do you practice it in everyday life?

In traditional yoga, the physical yoga postures are merely an introduction, allowing us to connect body, mind, and soul. From there, we delve deeper into our subconscious. At its core, yoga is a philosophy of life. For me, this means continuous personal growth and learning, but also letting go of old patterns and unlearning certain things taught to us by society. Since discovering yoga, I've become much more balanced and reflective. Life, in general, has become so much more harmonious.

Has yoga changed your outlook on life, your demeanor, or your well-being?

Absolutely. Physically and mentally, I became strong, gentle, and flexible. I learned to listen to my heart more and trust my intuition.

How often do you teach yoga? Who are your yoga classes suitable for?

I teach twice a week in Richterswil. My yoga class is rather calm and therefore suitable for everyone, but no less challenging ;-) However, my main business now consists of my mindset coaching sessions.

When did you become self-employed as a mindset coach and who is your target audience?

Since 2016, I've been self-employed on and off. "On" out of passion, "off" for financial reasons. Unfortunately, it wasn't really working out, which is why I repeatedly needed freelance work and side jobs. Looking back, I wouldn't change a thing, because every phase taught me valuable lessons. Since November 2020, I've been 100% self-employed again as a mindset coach and yoga teacher, and things are going very well.

99% of my business consists of my coaching services. I specialize in working with self-employed women who are struggling to get their businesses off the ground. Through my Money & Business Mindset Coaching, these women can overcome their obstacles and live their dream business. There's nothing I enjoy more! I also offer mindset coaching for women who aren't self-employed but are looking for a change in their lives.

What is your goal for your own business?

WOMEN EMPOWERMENT!

What would your perfect everyday life look like, or what does it already look like?

I can say with immense gratitude that my life is already exactly as I want it to be. Through mindset work on myself, I've been able to create my dream life with so much ease and joy. I usually sleep until around 9 a.m. and then treat myself to a freshly squeezed juice made with regional and seasonal vegetables. Then, depending on my workload, I work on my mindset-focused business or do other things I feel like, such as taking a walk in nature or meeting friends for coffee. My days are all very different and flexible, and that's what I love most! My main focus is always: What do I enjoy most and what makes me happiest right now? Then I do that.

Is there anything you absolutely want to do sometime?

In 2023/24 we are planning to travel through Australia and New Zealand for six months.
