Yoga for the neck

No one finds a stiff neck funny. Poor sleep, prolonged sitting, or carrying things in an ergonomically unsound way are familiar to everyone. Then it usually doesn't take much before something cracks and a nerve in the neck or back is pinched.

This is always associated with pain and limitations in everyday life. Our yoga teacher Julie will show you how you can prevent such pain with a very short yoga session.
